At Brent Knoll we are committed to ensuring that our young people transition to appropriate destinations with the skills and qualities needed to be as independent as possible. On March 9th our year 11 students took part in a CV writing workshop provided by The Princes Trust.
The workshop was aimed at developing interview skills ahead of applying for college placements and joining the workforce. We feel it is important for our leavers to be able to make informed choices and decisions independently and this workshop really helped the year 11s to gain a broader understanding of how to present themselves in an interview and how to make the best of themselves when writing a CV.
All the students enjoyed themselves and learned valuable skills that they will be able to put to use in the near future!
