Safer internet Day

It is Safer Internet Day on 11 February and the link here has information and resources which are useful for parents. I have a particular interest in technology and embrace modern ways of communicating but there are associated risks for all users but for children in particular. It is vital that we understand what our young peoples access to the internet involves and that we develop an understanding ourselves of what we can do to keep them safe when using tech. We will be holding information workshops as a part of our Families Forum programme in due course and will notify you of dates and content nearer the time.
